A leading fabless ASIC/SoC provider on advanced process technologies. We are looking for program manager to lead SoC project from silicon design to mass production.

The position is responsible to support Sales & Marketing to win new programs (pre-sales support) and to lead an engineering team to complete SoC design/turnkey programs successfully (program management).

The major responsibilities of pre-sales support are working with Front-end and Backend groups to put together the best SoC solution for customer and helping Sales to close the business agreement.

The major responsibilities for program management are making clearly defined, aggressive yet achievable plan and executing it successfully. The plan covers silicon design, prototyping, and ramp up preparation for mass production. For successful execution, a program manager must track the progress of the program closely, must coordinate and facilitate the inter-working of various groups in the project, and must show leadership driving to resolve the many issues during the course of the program.

The ideal candidate has 3+ year in SoC design experience (front-end or backend) and is ready to step up and utilize his/her technical knowledge to lead an engineering team on challenging advanced sub-micron SoC silicon design/turnkey project in a high-growth company.
